Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to participate in study. 2. Patients of age group 18-70 suffering from only vatakantak. (plantar fasciitis) 3. Patients will be selected irrespective of sex, chronicity. 4. IPD and OPD patients of hospital, in the study institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Calcaneal stress fracture 2 Anarhas of Agnikarma and Siravedha mentioned in classics 3 Patients having uncontrolled DM HTN or any severe systemic diseases 4 Bleeding disorders 5 Patients clinically assessed with impaired circulation to lower extremities 6 HIV reactive patients are also excluded 7 Malignant and Immuno-compromised patients are also excluded

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduced intensity of pain and improving foot function.Timepoint: 42 days of treatment to each patient Follow up and Assessment on 0th 7th ,14th ,21st ,28th ,35th ,42nd

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To achieve relief of pain in Plantar Fascitis. To evaluate the efficacy of Agnikarma in the management of Vatakantak To evaluate the efficacy of Siravedha in the management of Vatakantak. To Compare study of Agnikarma with Siravedha in the management of Vatakantak. To see any adverse effect of Agnikarma in the management of Vatakantak. To see any adverse effect of Siravedha in the manangement of Vatakantak.Timepoint: 42 days of treatment to each patient Follow up & Assessment on 0th 7th ,14th ,21st ,28th ,35th ,42nd
