Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who fulfill the diagnostic criteria patients who will give written consent patients in the age group between 18 to 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient having severe anaemia less than 8mg/dl patients suffering from metabolic disorders like diabetic mellitus patients having haemtological disorders like sickle cell anaemia and Thalassemia patients suffering from any bleeding disorders eg-Hematemesis,Melena or bleeding piles. Patients having Gynecological problems like Menorrhagia,Metrorrhagia. Pregnant and Lactating mother
