Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of age 18-50years from both sexes patient diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus and fulfilling diagnostic criteria of type2 diabetes mellitus people who are on allopathic medicine and recently diagnosed not under any medication patients of different socio economic groups patients who valid consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients below 18 and above50 years patients with any other systemic illness
