Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group from 40 to 60 years. 2.Patient suffering from Karnanada and subjective tinnitus. 3.Patient having sign and symptoms of karnanada . 4.Gender Both males and females. 5.Normal tympanic membrane on otoscopic examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other ear pathologies. 2.History of ear trauma or surgery. 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Tympanic membrane perforation or chronic suppurative otitis media 5.(Uncontrolled) diabetes mellitus, hypertension, severe anemia , thyroid disorders or any other serious systemic illness. 6.Conductive hearing loss due to impacted wax and other mechanical obstructions.

Reduction in severity of tinnitus (Karnanada) assessed by Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) scoreTimepoint: baseline (Day 0), during treatment ( Day 14), at the end of treatment (Day 28), and at follow-up (1 2 weeks) after completion of therapy.
