Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: )Patient of either sex having age between 31 years to 60 years 2) Fasting plasma glucose more than 126 mg /dl and equal or less than 200 mg/dl or Post load plasma glucose more than 200 mg/dl and equal or less than 350mg/dl or HbA1C more than 6.5 % and less than 10 % 3) Newly diagnosed cases of DM within 1 year 4) Patients who have given written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with any Malignancy and accelerated hypertension 2 CVS disorder (CAD) 3 Pregnant women and lactating mother 4 CNS disorder eg encephalopathy etc 5 Patients not willing to sign the written consent form
