Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA II Parturients betweeen 18-35 yrs of age with singleton , term gestation undergoing elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: parturient with coagulopathies, bleeding diathesis, known hypersensitivity to study drugs, with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and preexisting hypertension and gestational diabetes mellitus, BMI greater than 35kg/m2 and fetal anomaly
