Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Male & Female subjects will be included in the study Undergone elective or urgent CABG with postoperative mechanical ventilation and planned extubation within 24 hours Hemodynamically stable at time of extubation Able to follow simple commands after extubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic ventilatory failure requiring home oxygen or NIV Re intubation before first physiotherapy session Major neurological deficit preventing participation Active bleeding or surgical contraindication to mobilization Refusal or inability to consent
