| Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS): The NPRS is a widely used tool for assessing pain intensity. It consists of an 11-point numerical scale ranging from 0 to 10, where 0 indicates no pain and 10 represents the worst possible pain. It is simple, quick, and reliable for clinical assessment. RANGE OF MOTION (ROM) ASSESSMENT Universal Goniometer Shoulder range of motion will be measured using a universal goniometer. Movements assessed will include external rotation, abduction, and internal rotation. Measurements will be taken in standardized positions to ensure consistency. Reduced ROM indicates joint stiffness and capsular restriction commonly seen in adhesive capsulitis.Timepoint: NPRS Score Baseline (T0) and 4 weeks (T1) Shoulder External Rotation ROM Baseline (T0) and 4 weeks (T1) Shoulder Abduction ROM Baseline (T0) and 4 weeks (T1) Shoulder Internal Rotation ROM Baseline (T0) and 4 weeks (T1) | — |
