Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Phase I Inclusion Criteria: Occupational Therapists holding a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) or Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health settings; Psychiatrists holding an MBBS degree with MD/DNB in Psychiatry and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience working with individuals with severe mental illness; Clinical Psychologists holding an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, PsyD, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the relevant regulatory authority, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in mental health practice;Art Therapists who have completed a recognized certificate, diploma, postgraduate diploma, master s degree, or equivalent formal training in Art Therapy, with 2 to 5 years of clinical experience working with individuals with severe mental illness; professionals of either gender currently involved in the assessment, treatment, or rehabilitation of individuals with severe mental illness; and ability to understand the study information and provide informed consent for participation Phase II Inclusion Criteria: Individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness (ICD-11), residing in Hombelaku; age 18 60 years; either gender; UBACC score greater than or equal to 15 indicating adequate capacity to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Phase I Exclusion Criteria: Professionals not currently involved in the assessment, treatment, or rehabilitation of individuals with severe mental illness, or those unwilling to provide informed consent for participation. Phase II Exclusion Criteria: Individuals with acute psychiatric symptoms, extrapyramidal symptoms, BPRS score greater than or equal to 70 or physical and visual impairments.
