Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Health Science Students (Medical/Nursing/Physiotherapy/Allied Health Science) aged 18 40 years, either gender Healthy individuals free from LBA, Hip, Knee, and Ankle injuries Those able to complete the Cooper test (12-minute run) Willing & motivated to participate in a period of 6 weeks of structured aerobic training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with recent fractures, known cardiac history or professional athletes. Students with a history of chronic disorders and under regular medication Students with complaints of LBA and soft tissue injury of the lower limb Students who are participating in other training programs or have undergone/undergoing other training in the past six months Students who use any substance abuse
