Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The hypertensive patients of either sex between the age group of 25 to 60 years having Grade 1 HTN and Pre-hypertensive 2. Newly diagnosed primary asymptomatic hypertension. 3.Newly diagnosed symptomatic hypertension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below the age of 25 years and above 60years. 2. Sever acidity 3. Injuries 4. Pain in Spine 5. COPD -Pregnant women -Epilepsy -Acute organ failure, CVA -Secondary hypertension -Hypertensive Retinopathy. -Gestational Hypertension -Malignancy -Lactating Woman -History of liver disease in the recent past. -Patients labelled as malignant hypertensive. -The patients who responded with salt restricted diet avoiding mental, physical strain.
