Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 18-45 years Individuals who sit for more than 6 hours a day Individuals with calf muscle tightness tested using Weight Bearing Lunge Test (WBLT) (Restricted: Less than 9 cm for women, Less than 10 cm for men) Males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vascular conditions (e.g., DVT) Orthopaedic conditions (e.g., plantar fasciitis, deformities) Neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson s disease) History of lower limb surgery Recent fractures
