Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with classic sign and symptoms of grudhrasi like Sphikpurvakati, Uru,Janu, Jangha ruja, Ruk, toda, stambha, spandanaruchi Gaurav,agnimandya was selected. 2. Patient of age group between 20-60 in age. 3. SLR test +ve. 4. Patient of both genders irrespective of caste, religion. 5. Patient of all socio-economic status. 6. patient with controlled diabetic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases of spondylolisthesis, Sacroiliac arthritis. 2. Herpes simplex, infection causing radiating pain. 3. Any cyst compressing the nerve root. 4. spinal tuberculosis. 5. Diabetic neuropathies.
