Inclusion criteria: All symptomatic Oral Lichen Planus patients , clinically diagnosed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under treatment fpr Oral Lichen Planus Presence of rstoration / drugs Pregnant ladies Patients allergic to Silymarin or in-situ gel composition
