Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gender: Amateur boxers of both genders (Male and Female). Age: Aged between 18 and 30 years. Experience: Amateur boxers with at least 1 3 years of active training/competitive experience. Health Status: Medically fit to participate in boxing training (no acute injuries). Consent: Participants willing to sign an informed consent form and commit to the 6-week intervention protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: These are the conditions that would disqualify a potential participant: Recent Injury: History of upper extremity injury, shoulder dislocation, or surgery within the last 6 12 months. Medical Conditions: Any neurological, cardiovascular, or musculoskeletal conditions that contraindicate intensive resistance training. Training Interference: Concurrent participation in any other specific shoulder-focused rehabilitation or specialized strength programs during the study period. Performance Impairment: Any active pain or restricted Range of Motion (ROM) in the shoulder joint that prevents full participation in the testing protocols (e.g., CKCUEST or punching force tests).
