Inclusion criteria: ASA I/II Age (Either Sex) 18 to 70 years Scheduled for thoracotomy surgery

Number of patients required rescue analgesia Intra operative opioid (fentanyl) consumption NRS score: postoperative period at 30 min, 2 hour, 4 hour, 8 hour, 12 hour, 24 hour at rest and during coughing or movement that is dynamic NRS then, the average NRS will be assessed daily in the first week (both at rest NRS and the dynamic NRS). The average NRS values were also assessed at 2, 4, 8, and 12 postoperative weeks.
