Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Operation theatre assistants currently working OT and handling multidose injection vials. in OTAs who provide informed consent. Multidose vials used inside the operating theatre during the study period with intact labels and identifiable batch/expiry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: OTAs who do not handle vials, are on leave, or decline consent. Single-dose vials, damaged vials, or vials with illegible labels. Samples/vials contaminated during collection or not processed within the acceptable time window.
