Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 25 60 years who have undergone lumbar laminectomy. 2. Medically stable and cleared by the surgeon for rehabilitation exercises. 3. Cognitively intact and able to follow instructions. 4. Presence of trunk weakness, poor postural control, or imbalance. 5.Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of revision or multiple spinal surgeries. 2. Postoperative complications such as infection, CSF leak, or non-healing wound. 3. Progressive neurological deficits (bowel/bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction). 4. Uncontrolled systemic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, cardiac conditions). 5. Fracture, spinal fusion, or instability at the laminectomy site. 6. Currently participating in another rehabilitation or experimental program. 7. Pregnancy or contraindications to exercise therapy
