Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients showing classical signs and symptoms of Vataj Mutrakricchra Adho Mutramarga and Adhodar shula (lower urinary tract and suprapubic pain/ dysuria) Muhur-muhur Mutrapravrutti (increased frequency - 10 times and above per day) Alpam- Alpam Mutrapravrutti (Urine flow rate 5-10ml or less per sec) Alpa Mutrapravrutti (Decreased quantity of Urine) 2. Patients will be included irrespective of their caste, religion, economic status, occupation 3. Patients with both genders will be included 4. Patients giving consent will be included 5. Between the age group 18 -60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Pittaja, Kaphaja, Sannipataj, Shakrutaj, Abhighataj, Sharkaraj Ashmarij Mutrakricchra 2. Patients with UTI and febrile episode 3. Patients with known major co-morbids- DM, HTN, IHD 4. Pregnant women

1. Adho Mutramarga and Adhodhar Ruja using VAS, 2. An average frequency of micturition calculated over past 9 days, 3. an Urine flow rate calculated between the amount of urine voided in ml with time of micturition in seconds from first voiding in the morning of the evaluation and 4. total quantity of urine measured that has been passed in past 9 daysTimepoint: Day O (Baseline), Day 10, Day 20 and Day 30
