Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients American Society of Anesthesiologists class Single rooted tooth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and symptomatic apical periodontitis Teeth will be included if they have moderate sharp spontaneous pain preoperative visual analogue scale score less than 4 Ability to read and comprehend the visual analogue scale sheets and informed consent Teeth that demonstrated tenderness upon percussion, along with a positive reaction to electric pulp testing and a prolonged response exceeding 10 seconds to cold testing The teeth with periapical changes in radiographs Periapical Index less than 2 Having no history of painkillers administrated with 12 hours before procedure
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Teeth with crown/root fractures Acute or chronic apical abscess Pulp necrosis Compromised periodontium and open apices Allergic to NSAIDs Pregnant or lactating women Previously treated/initiated root canal treatment Retreatment cases
