Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of crepitus during knee joint movement. Presence of bony tenderness Presence of bony enlargement around the knee joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of knee surgery History of spinal surgery History of fracture of the lower limb. History of metal implantation or any major orthopedic surgery affecting the lower limbs. Diagnosed cancer. Presence of other significant musculoskeletal disorders affecting the lower limbs. Presence of neurological conditions that may affect balance, proprioception, or mobility. Diagnosed cardiovascular disorders that contraindicate participation in an exercise program. Presence of palpable warmth around the knee suggestive of acute inflammation. Morning stiffness lasting more than 30 minutes
