Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (Mental Health Professionals) 5 years of experience working with people with mental illness. Both males & females. (Individuals with mental illness) Individuals diagnosed with any severe mental illness. Aged above 25 years and clinically stable. Individuals who can read English. Individuals who may/may not have worked in the past. The individuals with SMI who can give consent, according to the UBACC Scale (Caregivers of individuals with mental illness) Caregivers of individuals with mental illness. (Employers providing job/job training to individuals with mental illnesses) Employers who are/have recruited individuals with mental illness Employers who can read and write English
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (Mental Health Professionals) Experts who are not currently working in mental illness Experts who are purely into academics (Individuals with mental illness) Clinician-rated symptomatic individuals (Caregivers of individuals with mental illness) Caregivers with any self-reported mental illness
