Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intact tympanic membrane Conductive or mixed hearing loss with Air bone gap more than 20 dB Consent for surgery and follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pure sensorineural hearing loss Perforated tympanic membrane Prior ear surgery Age less than 18 or more than 60 Active ear infection or systemic contraindications Refusal to participate
