Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 5 and are on maintenance dialysis from more than 3 months Hemoglobin (Hb) level above 8 g/dL (within recommended range for dialysis patients). Patients receiving erythropoietin and iron therapy as per routine dialysis protocol. Patients with serum calcium level more than 1.25 mmol/L Patients who are willing to provide informed consent form and participate in the study. Patients diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) aged between 18 and 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with orthopedic , neurological, or pulmonary diseases, malignancies, severe anemia, and diabetic polyneuropathy. Hemoglobin (Hb) level less than 7 g/Dl. Patients with serum calcium level less than 1.25 mmol/L Patients with severe physical disabilities, limiting their ability to perform fitness tests. Patients with severe cardiovascular instability.
