Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3-8 years. 2. Parent/caregiver consent 3. Deep carious lesion with pulp exposure 4. Primary teeth with radiographic signs of irreversible pulpitis 5. Teeth with two-third of root length 6. Restorable Tooth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with systemic illness 2. Pathologic root resorption 3. Physiological root resorption greater than two-third of root length 4. Tooth associated with anomalies/cystic lesions 5. Presence of fistula, abscess 6. Deciduous teeth in absence of permanent successor 7. Presence of abnormal mobility 8. Perforation of pulpal floor 9. Obliteration of root canal
