Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who undergo total thyroidectomy or hemithyroidectomy for various thyroid disorders above 18 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with history of allergy to botulinum toxin 2. Patients with skin infections ,systemic fungal infections and neuromuscular disorders 3.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes 4.Patients who don t consent
