Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 to 85 years 2. Understand Commands 3. Berg Balance Scale (BBS) less than 20 to 30 by 56 4. NottinghamSensory Assessment (NSA) less than 40 to 70 by 80 5. Male and Female without fall or with at least 1 fall in the past 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Low vision due to cataracts and myopia/ hyperopia 2. Conditions affecting the peripheral and central nervous system, such as inflammation, vascular disease, trauma 3. Other problems such as dizziness, orthostatic hypotension. 4. NottinghamSensory Assessment (NSA ) less than 40 by 80 5.H/o nasal/olfactory related complaints, allergies, cold, and anosmia
