Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient belonging to ASA grade 3 scheduled for valvular cardiac surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous history of liver dysfunction Massive blood transfusion Preoperative or intraoperative decreased ejection fraction more than or equal to 30 percent coronary artery bypass grafting surgery
