Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients aged 25 45 years requiring surgical extraction of impacted mandibular third molars with Pederson s difficulty index, systemically healthy individuals, and patients willing to participate and provide informed consent were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic conditions affecting healing (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised states, bleeding disorders). Use of corticosteroids, bisphosphonates, or anticoagulants. Pregnant and lactating women Those taking antibiotics or analgesics/anti-inflammatory drugs in the past 14 days Those with a known allergy to C. longa and any auyurvedic products will be excluded Previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy in the head and neck region. Patients unwilling to comply with follow-up visits.
