Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 20 years and 60 years, irrespective of gender Clinical symptoms of (presence of at least 2 or more clinical features). Manya shoola (persistent neck pain). Manya sthambhta (stiffness or rigidity of neck region) Difficulty in rotation/restricted movements of neck Shirashoola (headache) or bharama (giddiness) associated with neck . Guruta (heaviness) Radiating pain towards shoulders/upper limb Patient who are fit for Nasya karma Patients who are willing to give participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under the age of 20 and above the age of 60 years, irrespective of gender. Pregnancy women and lactating mothers. Uncontrolled diabetes and Hypertension. Patients with history of fracture in cervical region. Patients with recent spinal surgical history. Patients suffering from any acute infections and diseases like RA,SLE etc.
