Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 20 to 60 years irrespective of gender Patients presenting with the classical Symptoms of Tamaka Swasa such as Dyspnoea, Profuse Sweating over the forehead, Wheezing Cough, Sputum production, Relief after expectoration of sputum, Relief in sitting posture Mild persistent cases of Asthma as per WHO GINA Guidelines of duration more than 6 months Night symptoms greater than twice per month but less than twice a week Forced Expiratory Volume in one second FEV1 greater than 80% of the predicted value SpO2 greater than 92 percentage Currently Non-smokers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged below 20 years and above 60 years. Moderate and Severe persistent Asthma. Asthma due to other systemic origin. Cardiac Asthma, Status Asthmaticus, CVDs, Uncontrolled Diabetes HbA1c greater than 9 percentage, Autoimmune diseases. SpO2 less than 92 percentage HIV Positive cases. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Dyspnoea due to other diseases like COPD Emphysema, Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, Interstitial Lung Disease occupational lung diseases, Malignancies.
