Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Individuals with current or past habit of alcohol, smoking, smokeless tobacco, and areca nut. Individuals with self-reported/identified oral lesions, even without habit.. 2. Health care providers at various levels in the study sites (Doctors, nurses, health workers, ASHA) and NCD Program managers at district/state /national level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with transmissible infections. 2. Individuals not willing to provide consent to participate.
