Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Dental professionals 2. Willing to participate. 3. Age group between 25 to 60 yrs. 4. Patient having unilateral radicular symptoms like pain, numbness and tingling sensation. 5. Any three of the following tests must be positive: a Spurling test, b distraction test, c ipsilateral cervical spine rotation less than 60 degree, and d Positive upper limb tension test ULTT for median nerve, ulnar and radial nerve clinical predictor rule. 6. NPRS greater than 4. 7. Positive spurling test. 8. A minimum of 4 to 5 hours of work per day for at least two years. 9. Sensory changes in dermatome distribution.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypermobility of cervical spine 2. Patients on pain relieving medicines 3. Malignancy or tumor 4. Vertebro-basilar insufficiency 5. Patients undergone cervical surgeries 6. Patients with bilateral cervical radiculopathies 7. Patients having cervicogenic headache, dizziness 8. Soft tissue inflammatory conditions like tendonitis, tenosynovitis, capsulitis. 9. Rheumatic conditions 10. Spinal cord injury
