Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Head and neck cancer survivors who have undergone neck dissection surgery. Individuals aged 40 65 years of either gender willing to participate. Presence of postural changes due to spinal accessory nerve dysfunction. Healed surgical flap. Participants with Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status less than 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer Individuals with severe cardiopulmonary conditions that limit participation in exercise Individuals with neurological disorders affecting posture or upper limb function Individuals with musculoskeletal conditions unrelated to surgery that affect shoulder or neck function Individuals with unhealed surgical wounds or active infection Individuals currently undergoing active cancer treatment such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy Individuals with cognitive impairment or inability to follow instructions
