Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Individuals diagnosed with unilateral Frozen Shoulder. 2.ROM at least 50 percentage in all three planes on the affected shoulder. 3.Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) less than or equal to 5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with neck or upperlimb pathology other than frozen shoulder on affected and non affected side like radiculopathy, osteoarthritis, spondylosis, lateral epicondylitis etc. 2.Individuals with a history of upper limb fracture or previous surgical intervention of the upper limb. 3.Individuals who received a corticosteroid injection in the shoulder within the past three months. 4.Individuals with neurological impairments or systemic involvement which can affect the performance of the internal and external rotators of shoulder. 5.History of cardio/respiratory conditions that could affect the performance of the internal and external rotators of shoulder. 6.Individuals with frozen shoulder who have received shoulder rotators strengthening within the past three months.
