Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of hand eczema more than 3 months as per Hannifin & Rajika criteria Patients who will give consent and able to do follow up Patients on medication of hand eczema with a wash-out period of 15 days will be included in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Patients having secondary infection and concomitant skin diseases Patients suffering from systemic illnesses like diabetes, malignancy etc Patients of acute on hand eczema of 2 weeks with vesicles and oozing, stasis dermatitis, active psoriasis, tinea manuum, scabies and exfoliative dermatitis Patients on medication of hand eczema. Systemic steroid or immunosuppressive use in past 4 weeks Immunocompromised patients
