Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants willing to participate Individual aged 40-75 years Male and Female Tibiofemoral joint OA (Kellgren-Lawrence II-III)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory joint disease Patellofemoral joint OA Knee surgery, ligament or meniscal tear Advanced OA (Kellgren-Lawrence grade IV) Systemic illness
