Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical features of Mutraghata. Patients with features of CKD with respect to KDIGO classification of CKD stages (upto stage 2). Less than 4mg/dl creatinine. Patients of either sex and socio-economic status with age between 18 and 60 years. Willing and able to participate in the study and ready to sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with other disease like Ascites, Umbilical Hernia or any Surgical Hernia. Pregnant and lactating mothers. Associated complications like Respiratory Distress, Pleural Effusion, Cardiovascular complications, Hypertension (not more than 140/100mm/hg), Diabetes Mellitus (RBS not more than 250), Chronic Liver Disease (Hepatitis A, B, C, Cirrhosis of Liver), Polycystic Kidney. Patients who are on dialysis. Patients suffering from any kind of Cancer, Mental disorder.
