Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: menopausal women aged 40 - 60 yrs self reported fatigue willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, thyroid or cardiac disorders) currently undergoing hormone replacement therapy
