Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 12 14 years Presence of full permanent dentition excluding third molars Apparently healthy ASA I Children whose parents/guardians provide written consent Children willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic diseases affecting salivary secretion Children on medications influencing salivary flow Children undergoing orthodontic treatment Children with congenital hand deformities Children with special health care needs

It may be anticipated that Children with a lower 2D:4D digit ratio may exhibit reduced unstimulated salivary flow rate which may be associated with higher DMFT scores, indicating increased dental caries experience. A negative correlation may be observed between 2D:4D digit ratio and dental caries, suggesting that children with lower digit ratios could have a higher susceptibility to caries.Timepoint: After Intervention
