Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mild level of intellectual disability. 2. Children of both the genders with age group of 6 to 18 years. 3. Able to take verbal commands. 4. Diagnosed by psychologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate, Severe and Profound levels of Intellectual Disability. 2. Insufficient cooperation for exercise training. 3. Presence of hearing and/or visual impairment. 4. Having a health condition that prevents participation in the exercise program. 5. Inability to provide consent form by parents. 6. Any post operative surgery procedure for upper and lower limb. 7. Any congenital/traumatic deformities of the upper and lower limb.
