Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For cases Participants diagnosed with T2DM having duration more than 2 years within the age group 35-50 years For controls Healthy participants either bystanders or informants who have no known diseases and medication in the age group of 35-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For cases Pregnant and lactating women Participants with psychiatric illness Participants who have autoimmune disorders and chronic illness prior to T2DM For controls Pregnant and lactating women Participants with psychiatric illness
