Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group:-18 to 40 years of age. Gender:- both male and female. Clinically diagnosed Patellofemoral pain syndrome pain in anterior knee for more than 4 weeks. Pain during stair climbing, squatting or prolonged sitting. Willingness to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of knee surgery or fracture. Ligamentous instability or meniscal injury Neurological disorders affecting balance Skin allergy or intolerance to taping materials
