Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Currently in any trimester 2. Able to read, understand and follow commands 3. Reported subjective experiences of cognitive difficulties, memory lapses, reduced concentration during pregnancy 4. Had no severe sensory impairment 5. Were available to complete all phases of inventory development and validation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had diagnosed neurological disorders 2. Had a pre-existing psychiatric illness 3. High risk pregnancy or any complication requiring intensive medical care 4. Were using medications to substantially reduce cognitive function
