Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Institutions or centers located in India that provide care to individuals with cancer, including: a. Cancer specialty hospitals b. Multispecialty hospitals with oncology units c. Palliative care centers d. Non-governmental or charitable cancer care organizations 2. Occupational Therapists or Rehabilitation Department representatives currently practicing in these settings and having direct knowledge of OT service delivery. 3. Administrators, or clinicians completing the form on behalf of their institution (S0.2 = Yes ). 4. Participants will complete an online structured questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Centers not providing oncology-related care. 2. Respondents providing only personal perceptions (these go to the short module; not included in institutional analysis).
