Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: childerns aged 8-15 years who demonstrate forward head posture, characterized by a reduced craniovertebral angle, will be eligible for inclusion in the study. Participants should have a history of smartphone or tablet use for at least 2 hours per day over the previous 6 months or longer.Children diagnosed with postural kyphosis and experiencing complaints of neck pain will also be included. participants will require both parental/guardian consent and chlid assent to take part in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with traumatic neck pain will be excluded from the study. Those diagnosed with neurological disorders that affect motor function will also be excluded. Additionally, children presenting with severe scoliosis or other significant spinal deformities will not be eligible to participate. Participants with any acute injuries, fractures, or a history of recent surgeries involving the lower back or upper extremities will likewise be excluded from the study to avoid potential confounding effects on posture and functional outcomes.
