Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elevated TSH with normal or reduced FT4 level or T4(Normal TSH range 0.2 -4.5 mlU/L final cut-off range to be identified per the kit used for the investigations) Patients aged 18 to 65 years and of both sexes. Patients who are willing to give Written Informed consent Patients with or without treatment being undertaken from other systems of medicine with elevated TSH levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Agenesis and Dysgenesis have surgically removed thyroid glands Patient with Radioactive Iodine Therapy Patients are undergoing external beam radiation therapy for the head and neck Patients with a severe systemic illness like cancer TB uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus Hypertension Pregnancy and Lactation Patients are undergoing medication with normal TSH levels. Patients under OCP (Oral contraceptive pills) intake. Patient with secondary Hypothyroidism and thyroid malignancy. Patient under Psychiatric Medication.
