Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female homemakers aged 30 45 years Participants having non-specific chronic low back pain for more than 3 months Pain or discomfort during household activities such as bending,lifting, prolonged sitting or standing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery or recent trauma Neurological deficits PIVD Spinal deformities Low back pain due to trauma, fracture or inflammatory conditions Pregnancy Osteoporosis
