Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 60 to 80 years residing at Cluny Home for the Aged Hospice Convent, Pondicherry; willing to participate and provide written informed consent; capable of performing the yoga protocol; and participants with mild to moderate hearing impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with physical deformity or disability that prevents participation in the yoga intervention.
