Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 2 to9 years attending paediatric psychiatry or PMR outpatient clinics with developmental or behavioural concerns will be included. Written informed consent from parent legal guardian will be obtained. Children should be able to complete the video-based assessment tasks with minimal assistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with diagnosed genetic or neurological conditions such as epilepsy, Fragile X syndrome, or traumatic brain injury severe sensory or motor impairment such as blindness, deafness, or cerebral palsy; previously diagnosed cases of autism spectrum disorder; or severe intellectual/developmental impairment preventing completion of conventional or video-based assessment tasks will be excluded.

To determine the agreement between the video-based AI screening system and conventional autism diagnostic instruments (DSM-5-TR, CARS-2, and AIIMS Modified INCLEN Diagnostic Tool-ASD) using Cohen s kappa statistics.Timepoint: baseline
